250 g Flour 2 tsp Ginger 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp star anise (optional) 10 g Baking powder 100 g Icing sugar |
Add dry ingredients Put about a quarter of the mixture onto a well floured worksurface Roll into a 20mm diameter sausage and cut into 20mm pieces Shake each piece in your hand like a dice Place on the tray 50mm apart Cook for 8-10mins until golden brown |
